To qualify for the referral reward, please ask the person you are referring to submit an application through our site and mention that you referred them, or fill out the form below to suggest that we reach out to the candidate.  

                 
We will contact you within 30 days of the candidate reaching the final interview stage to pay out the referral reward. Only good-faith referrals are eligible for the reward, and final determination of referral reward payment and eligibility will be made at the sole discretion of the Ambitious Impact team.    

                                       
Candidates we’ve already been in touch with, or who have already applied, are not eligible. If we decide not to pursue a referral immediately, your referral will be valid for up to 6 months after the introduction.
